We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Sorry, no money order's, personal checks or COD's are accepted at this time.

All charges are in US dollars.

In our small effort to save a tree, we no longer provide packing slips or receipts with your order. If you need a copy of your receipt you may print it at checkout or go to your account and print the receipt from there. 

SHIPPING COST & TIMES:
We ship via the United States Postal Service.

Shipping costs can be found in your shopping cart prior to checkout.  

USA orders will ship by your choice of  USPS First Class Mail (2 to 10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days).  You will receive a USPS shipment confirmation number when your order has shipped.

International orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail International only. We ship worldwide. USPS shipment confirmation numbers are not available for international orders. You will instead receive an email from us when your order has shipped.  Please allow 3 to 14 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that could be levied by your country.

FAST SHIPPING! - All orders ship within 24-48 hours of orders being received!

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:
All items are inspected and then carefully packaged for shipping. Please inspect your package(s) and contents carefully. If there is a discrepancy, please keep the container and all of the packaging then contact Customer Service at 1.800.891.9037 (Mon-Fri 11am-4pm EST) or send an email to customerservice@creativejewelrydesigns.com.

RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to know about it. Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.891.9037 (Mon-Fri 11am-4pm EST) or send an email to customerservice@creativejewelrydesigns.com. If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 7 days and we will gladly exchange it for another item of your choice of equal or lesser value. This does not include re-sizing.  Please see re-sizing information below.

REFUNDS:
Because many of our items are custom designed to fit the specific customer's needs refunds are not normally warranted. Refunds are issued on a case by case basis and will incur a 20% restocking fee. If in the rare event that a refund is needed it will be refunded to you via the same method of payment used to place your order.

RE-SIZING and REPAIR:
If you happen to order the incorrect size, no worries. Re-sizing is available for necklaces, bracelets or anklets. Repairs (minor) are also available should you need them. There is a $7 fee for these services per item (not including shipping) and is invoiced via Paypal.
