In our small effort to save a tree, we no longer provide packing slips or receipts with your order. If you need a copy of your receipt you may print it at checkout or go to your account and print the receipt from there.
SHIPPING COST & TIMES: We ship via the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs can be found in your shopping cart prior to checkout. USA orders will ship by your choice of USPS First Class Mail (2 to 10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days). You will receive a USPS shipment confirmation number when your order has shipped. International orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail International only. We ship worldwide. USPS shipment confirmation numbers are not available for international orders. You will instead receive an email from us when your order has shipped. Please allow 3 to 14 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that could be levied by your country. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS: All items are inspected and then carefully packaged for shipping. Please inspect your package(s) and contents carefully. If there is a discrepancy, please keep the container and all of the packaging then contact Customer Service at 1.800.891.9037 (Mon-Fri 11am-4pm EST) or send an email to customerservice@creativejewelrydesigns.com.
EXCHANGES: If you wish to exchange your item for any reason please contact Customer Service at 1.800.891.9037 (Mon-Fri 11am-4pm EST) or send an email to customerservice@creativejewelrydesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your reason for exchange and the item you wish to exchange it for. You will then be given instructions for returning your item and you will need to return the item to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges do not apply to re-sizing of jewelry. Please see re-sizing information below. RETURNS & REFUNDS: Many of our items are custom designed to fit the specific customer's needs, therefore refunds are not normally warranted and are rarely requested. However, If you wish to return your item for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with an in depth description of what your concern is. You will then be given instructions for your return and you will need to return the item to us within 7 days of receiving your order . Refunds are issued on a case by case basis and will incur a 20% restocking fee. If in the rare event that a refund is needed it will be refunded to you via the same method of payment used to place your order.
RE-SIZING and REPAIR: If you happen to order the incorrect size, no worries. Re-sizing is available for necklaces, bracelets or anklets. Repairs (minor) are also available should you need them. There is a $7 fee for these services per item (not including shipping) and is invoiced via Paypal. |
